Introduction
In Today’s volatile global situation arises the need for more safety and emergency response considerations which eventually lead to the tools used to devise proper mitigation for the incident as well as to prevent some of the accidents such as, Investigation and reporting accidents. it is a process that requires certain skills, such as interviewing skills, report writing skills, analytical skills, planning skills accuracy, and shrewdness. The investigation is needed for the HSSE field (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment). The analysis of the incident reports helps acquire preventive measures to mitigate and sometimes eliminate accidents in the workplace.
Objectives
- To mitigate the situation and prevent further loss.
- If as a result of criminal activity, to bring the criminal to justice.
- To establish the truth.
- To prevent future re-occurrence of the incident

Training Methodology
This is an interactive course. There will be open question and answer sessions, regular group exercises and activities, videos, case studies, and presentations on best practice. Participants will have the opportunity to share with the facilitator and other participants on what works well and not so well for them, as well as work on issues from their own organizations. The online course is conducted online using MS-Teams/ClickMeeting.
