Introduction
This course seeks to provide an introduction to the role of Operations Management, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in controlling those resources of an organization that are required to produce the goods and services to be sold to customers or other organizations. Particular importance is attached to:
a) recognizing the impact and importance of operational decisions to both other parts of the organization and to customers, and b) understanding the strategic role of operations managers in a competitive business environment.

Training Methodology
This is an interactive course. There will be open question and answer sessions, regular group exercises and activities, videos, case studies, and presentations on best practices.
