Introduction
An integrated management system brings benefits to the organization in which it is used. Where formal management systems have been implemented separately (e.g. Health and Safety, Environment, and Quality) there will be many duplications in work standards, procedures, and systems of work, all resulting in additional costs and even conflicts. In this program you will learn:
- How to integrate your health, safety, environment, and quality management
- How to identify potential risks using new Risk Mapping Techniques
- How to develop an HSEQms auditing and monitoring program
- How to write and implement HSEQms procedures and work instructions
Objectives
- Health, safety, environment and quality management systems (SMS – EMS - QMS)
- Developing and implementing Risk Mapping programs, using the new Risk Mapping Tool, to identify, analyze and control potential risks present within their organization’s operations
- Identifying common management elements through ‘Gap Analysis’ techniques
- Carrying out HSEQ audits, including writing and presentation of audit reports
- Develop skills for investigating the causes of accidents
Training Methodology
This is an interactive course. There will be open question and answer sessions, regular group exercises and activities, videos, case studies, and presentations on best practice. Participants will have the opportunity to share with the facilitator and other participants on what works well and not so well for them, as well as work on issues from their own organizations. The online course is conducted online using MS-Teams/ClickMeeting.
